I designed this pre-owned camo jacket using reclaimed materials: the turquoise motif was cut from an African dress and the Monroes from a tee given for upcycling by my assistant. The bright orange embroidery thread adds strength and contrast to the piece. 

It was hand-embroidered by Paula Rivera during 45 hours of craftwomanship in Medellin, Colombia.
